Forest Workshops
We host a variety of workshops with artists, farmers, landscape architects, gardeners, teachers, writers and horse trainers. Our workshops focus on education, land awareness and connection.
The Fungal Network
Fruiting in the community
Join Scott Moore to begin project related to the fungal network in the woods.
Guest artists will be announced once the workshop fills! Bonus learning may included printmaking gardening and woodland learning.
Part one of this workshop has been completed. For future dates please contact us to stay up-to-date.
Woodland Sharing
Walk and talk
Enter our second growth forest and meander through trails that zig zag from neighbouring homes to the wetlands that weave through the forest floor. Conversations will aim to examine urban impact and ideas around sustainable living practices through identifying plants and observing forest growth patterns.
Opportunities to explore include storytelling, drawing and propagating plants. Bring a modest kit of art supplies and gloves to capture the experience in both physically and analog forms.
